Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Managed Print Services (MPS) to lead printer deployment, refresh, and rollout initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise in MPS, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to drive service excellence through effective coordination with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

This role requires proficiency in Power BI for reporting and ServiceNow for ticket and workflow management, along with solid knowledge of network environments including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end printer deployment, replacement, and refresh projects.
  • Coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal technical teams for seamless installations and support.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Review and reduce backlog through effective prioritization and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track SLA performance, service metrics, and project progress.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within print services.
  • Maintain asset inventory, lifecycle planning, and deployment schedules.
  • Collaborate with Network, IPT, and Mobility teams to ensure printer connectivity and integration.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to LAN, WAN, wireless, and mobile printing environments.
  • Escalate recurring issues and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and support teams.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
