Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Must be able to read, follow and understand detailed and complex work instructions
- Must be able to work with your hands, all day, with dexterity
- Must be able to stand at a work station all day
- Must be able to put parts on feeders, and then on the trolley in the correct slots
- Must learn to troubleshoot equipment and tape issues
- Must perform “splicing” of parts together in the correct format
- Fill out paperwork and sign off on all required areas, legibly
- Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required
- Ability to work on repetitive tasks with repetitive motions daily
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy
- Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently
- Must verify (audit) the work of others
- Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance
- Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately
- Must be able to stand at a workstation all day
- Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education/Work Experience

- Hish school diploma
- Experience working on a computer in a work setting, required
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
