What are the responsibilities and job description for the AGV GERENTE DE CALIDAD (24777) position at NEOTECH?
Manage the Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Quality Control and Supplier Quality Engineering activities and resources, ensuring that the responsibilities are met effectively, timely and with efficiency at the lowest possible cost. Lead efforts to troubleshoot and correct problems detected and/or reported internally and/or by the customer and to develop and implement preventive and quality improvement actions.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Track, review, and analyze KPIs, performance dashboards, and issue logs.
- Detect trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
Data Consolidation & Reporting
- Compile operational and quality data into internal and external reports.
- Prepare executive presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews, management meetings, or customer updates.
Quality Strategy Development & Implementation
- Develop, implement, and maintain a site-wide Quality Strategy and tactical model.
- Establish standards, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement & Corrective Actions
- Coordinate and drive improvement initiatives based on data analysis and audit findings.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support PM teams in meetings with customers, providing status updates and addressing inquiries.
- Act as the point of contact for quality-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
Project & Operational Support
- Support planning, timelines, and action plans for new and ongoing projects.
- Maintain project databases, documentation, and repositories for current and future business.
Training & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain databases for training, organizational development, and quality prevention/detection.
- Ensure teams are aware of quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Business Development Support
- Participate in business campaigns to support customer growth initiatives.
- Provide insights from quality data to help identify new opportunities for improvement or expansion
