We are seeking a skilled and motivated ISIM Automation Architect to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) automation, with a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, and integration with enterprise systems.
This role is onsite at the client’s location, with flexibility required to work from Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).
- Architect and optimize identity provisioning workflows and lifecycle processes.
- Integrate ISIM with various enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems).
- Customize ISIM adapters and connectors to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application owners.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for IAM improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ISIM automation and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) automation and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Java/J2EE, LDAP, XML, and Web Services.
- Experience with ISIM adapters, workflow customization, and policy configuration.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts such as RBAC, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Security Identity Manager.
- Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt) is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud-based IAM solutions and hybrid environments.
