Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & COE
- Lead and mentor the Cloud Center of Excellence (COE) team.
- Drive cloud adoption strategies, best practices, and standardization across business units.
- Act as the key liaison between business teams and cloud engineering teams for demand-driven solutions.
- Architecture & Solution Design
- Architect multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) for business requirements.
- Define and implement Kubernetes-as-a-Service and containerized workloads across environments.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available solutions.
- Lead proactive sprint planning, aligning technical delivery with business priorities.
- Cloud Security & Governance
- Establish and enforce cloud security frameworks, Secure SDLC, and compliance standards.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure governance, risk, and compliance adherence across multi-cloud environments.
- Automation, AIOps & MLOps
- Drive automation using Terraform Enterprise, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native services.
- Implement AIOps for intelligent IT operations, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
- Enable MLOps frameworks for deploying and managing machine learning workloads at scale.
- Standardize unified DevOps practices and CI/CD frameworks across cloud platforms.
- Cost Optimization & FinOps
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives and implement FinOps practices.
- Monitor usage and optimize compute, storage, and networking resources across multi-cloud platforms.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with product, engineering, and security teams to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers, and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Enterprise).
- Deep understanding of Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust, and Secure SDLC.
- Practical experience with AIOps (automation, monitoring, predictive analytics) and MLOps (model deployment, lifecycle management).
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Economics, Cost Optimization, and FinOps practices.
- Hands-on experience in automation frameworks and service orchestration.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with proactive sprint planning experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
- Experience with unified Kubernetes platforms across multi-cloud (Anthos, AKS, EKS, GKE).
- Exposure to CaaS, AIOps, and MLOps implementations at enterprise scale.
- Prior experience in leading Cloud COE teams.
