Position Title: SharePoint Administrator
Location: Tysons Corner, VA
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance. Due to the nature of this government contract, U.S. Citizenship is required.
NEOSTEK is seeking a skilled SharePoint Online Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in administering SharePoint Online environments, managing Windows Server, and automating tasks using PowerShell. Additional experience with SQL Server, Power Platform, and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and support SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and reporting.
- Create users and configure permissions in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Deploy and manage application solutions in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support migration, upgrades, and integrations.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online administration.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, including patching and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working with Federal Government agencies preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ShareGate migration and management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server user and permission management.
- Ability to deploy solutions in Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Active Directory, identity).
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
