MD / Partner – Strategic Finance & CFO Advisory
Boston | Hybrid
$450k Base/Bonus $500k Equity
I’m partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed financial consulting firm that is looking to appoint a Partner-level leader in Boston.
The role will focus on helping CFOs and finance leadership teams deliver strategic finance change across:
- Finance operating model design
- R2R, O2C, P2P and FP&A transformation
- Performance management and reporting
- Shared services and centres of excellence
- ERP / EPM-enabled transformation
- Finance technology, data and automation
- Transformation roadmaps and execution
- Post-deal finance transformation and value creation
This is not a standalone BD role. The successful individual will combine deep Finance Effectiveness / CFO Advisory expertise with a strong Boston network, proven revenue generation, and the ability to lead major client relationships and build a practice.
Accounting Advisory experience would be a strong advantage, particularly across controllership, financial reporting, technical accounting, IPO readiness and transaction accounting.
The ideal profile will bring:
- 15 years in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory or Strategic Finance
- Current Partner, MD or Principal-level experience
- Strong consulting / professional services background
- Established Boston and Northeast relationships
- Proven track record of originating and expanding advisory engagements
- A player-coach mindset across delivery, BD and team leadership
