I’m supporting a fast-growing, PE-backed advisory firm on several senior Finance & Accounting Advisory leadership searches across the US.
Current priority markets include:
Boston – Managing Director / Partner
These are senior, market-facing roles for individuals who can combine technical accounting expertise, executive-level client advisory, engagement leadership and business development.
The practice supports CFOs, CAOs, Controllers and executive teams across complex accounting and finance matters, including:
- Technical accounting advisory
- SEC reporting and financial reporting
- IPO readiness and capital markets activity
- M&A, divestitures and transaction accounting
- Complex GAAP matters
- Finance transformation and regulatory reporting
The ideal background will include a strong foundation in Big 4 / national advisory, with experience across FAAS, CMAAS, Accounting Advisory, Deals, Audit, Capital Markets or Technical Accounting.
At MD / Partner level, the firm is particularly interested in leaders who can own senior client relationships, grow a local market, lead high-impact engagements and mentor strong advisory teams.
