Internal Sales Associate

Location: Westport, CT

Role: Full-Time | Early-Career

Compensation: $65K base discretionary bonus

NEOS is one of the fastest-growing ETF issuers in the industry, and we’re expanding our distribution team. We’re looking for a high-energy, driven Internal Sales Associate to drive top-of-funnel activity, qualify leads, and book qualified meetings for our senior Investment Specialists.

What You’ll Do

· Make outbound phone calls and send targeted outreach to financial advisors

· Book qualified meetings for senior partners

· Support campaigns, product launches, and firm-specific initiatives

· Research advisors, firm structures, and product usage

· Maintain accurate notes and activity in Salesforce

· Learn the NEOS product lineup (SPYI, QQQI, BTCI, IAUI, TLTI, BNDI, HYBI, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

· 0–3 years of experience (finance or sales preferred)

· Strong communication skills and a high level of drive

· Comfort with outbound calling and hitting measurable targets

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to advance

· SIE, Series 63, and Series 7 (or willingness to obtain soon after joining) required

· Candidate must be able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check

The base salary for this position is $65,000. NEOS offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
