- 8 years experience in IT, supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.
- 8 years experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full SDLC involvement (requirements through implementation).
- 8 years experience in business analysis and data analysis.
- 8 years experience conducting JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and data analysis findings.
- 8 years experience using SQL, including the ability to create and execute complex joins.
- 8 years experience analyzing data quality.
- 8 years experience designing dashboards, including measures and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
