Neos is Seeking a Salesforce System Administrator for a contract role for with our client in Austin, TX.

The primary work location will be 701 W. 51st, Austin, Texas 78751.
Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
This position serves as a hands-on System Administrator for HHSC Salesforce Orgs. This position requires a wide range of skills from setting up new Orgs from scratch, integration with 3rd party tools, migration of data, use of CI/CD frameworks, troubleshooting systems including production and other administrative tasks as required. This position will require hands-on experience as an Administrator and prior Salesforce custom development experience is a plus. Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory is also a plus. The HHSC Salesforce team follows Agile (Scrum), and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies. This position requires availability for 24/7 support.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
7 years Required - Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices.
7 years Required - Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum.
7 years Required - Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.
7 years Required - Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions.
5 years Preferred - Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
2 years Preferred - Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components.
2 years Preferred - Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory and Jitterbit.
2 years Preferred - Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience.
2 years Preferred - Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, and workflow Rules, etc.
