The Creator Growth Manager serves as the primary relationship owner and growth partner for a roster of creators. This role is responsible for helping creators identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, review performance, and maximize growth across the channels we support.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the Creator Growth Manager helps creators connect strategy to execution while ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role combines relationship management, business acumen, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to help creators achieve their goals and build sustainable businesses.
This is not a content creation role, and it is not a project management role. Success in this position comes from building strong relationships, asking thoughtful questions, identifying opportunities, and helping creators stay focused on the activities that drive growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned roster of creators.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
- Develop a deep understanding of each creator's goals, business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure creators feel supported, informed, and confident in the value of the Creator Growth program.
- Lead regular creator check-ins, business reviews, and growth discussions.
- Review creator performance across social media, affiliate, community, and other growth initiatives.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations and strategic guidance based on creator goals and performance data.
- Help creators prioritize initiatives and focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Stay informed on platform updates, creator economy trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure creator priorities, goals, and opportunities are clearly communicated.
- Collaborate with specialists and delivery teams to support successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Advocate for creator needs while balancing business priorities and available resources.
- Help ensure creators receive a consistent and high-quality experience across all services.
- Monitor creator performance metrics and business results.
- Prepare and present performance insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
- Support quarterly planning and goal-setting conversations.
- Help creators understand the impact of growth initiatives and key performance trends.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media or creator/influencer management, talent management, account management, client services, digital marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently lead client-facing conversations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.

- Experience working at a talent agency, influencer agency, creator-focused company, or digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and creator monetization strategies.
- Experience presenting performance reports or business recommendations to clients.
