What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Team Member position at Neon Markets?
Full-Time Team Members are expected to work at least 4 weekend days each month.

As a Store Team Member, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for customers while supporting daily store operations. No two shifts are exactly the same — one moment you may be helping a customer at the register, and the next you could be preparing food, restocking products, or helping keep the store organized and clean.
We’re looking for dependable people who work well with others, communicate clearly, and can stay positive during busy shifts. This position offers the chance to learn different areas of store operations and build valuable customer service experience with opportunities for future growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Prepare food and drinks while following quality and safety standards
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Help maintain a clean and organized sales floor, kitchen, and dining area
- Restock shelves, coolers, and supplies as needed
- Support teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds independently and assist with heavier items when needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
Pay: $14.00 per hour
