Key Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers through cold outreach to build lasting partnerships
  • Qualify leads and guide prospects to the best supply chain solutions for their needs
  • Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate updates
  • Grow and manage your own book of business by nurturing strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to consistently deliver a best-in-class customer experience


Training & Onboarding

  • 6 weeks of hands-on, classroom-style training covering logistics fundamentals, internal systems, and market analysis
  • A company-issued MacBook Pro and all the tools you need to hit the ground running
  • Sales coaching with a focus on relationship-building and solution selling
  • Personal development sessions designed to help you grow both professionally and personally
