Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through cold outreach to build lasting partnerships
- Qualify leads and guide prospects to the best supply chain solutions for their needs
- Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate updates
- Grow and manage your own book of business by nurturing strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to consistently deliver a best-in-class customer experience
