Part-Time Estate Planning & Probate Administration Paralegal (Hybrid)
Neon Edge Advisory is a boutique law firm focusing on estate planning, probate administration, and legacy protection for individuals and families in Maryland and Washington, D.C. We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to support our growing practice.
Position Type: Part-Time | Hybrid (Remote/In-Office as needed)
Location: Maryland / D.C. Metro Area (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and related correspondence
- Assist with probate and trust administration matters, including filings, inventories, accountings, and client communications
- Manage client intake, document collection, and workflow coordination
- Maintain case files, calendars, and task management systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third-party professionals
- Provide general administrative and practice support as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning and/or probate administration
- Strong legal drafting, organizational, and client-service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information
- Experience with Clio Manage, WealthCounsel and Decision Vault strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Maryland and/or D.C. estate and probate procedures is a plus
