Vinyl Graphics Technician / Production Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Graphics Technician to join our production team. Responsibilities:
- Operate large-format printers, plotters, and laminators
- Perform weeding, masking, and application of vinyl graphics on various substrates (sign panels, windows, walls, etc.)
- Maintain print and cutting equipment, perform basic troubleshooting
- Prepare materials for installation and ensure job quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with designers and installers to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Experience with vinyl cutting, weeding, laminating, and application
- Familiarity with large format printers and plotters (Roland, HP, Mimaki, etc.)
- Knowledge of design software such as FlexiSIGN, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability a must
