Job Description:

As a Signs Sales Rep, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, offering creative signage solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction from quote to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek and secure new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide accurate quotes.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure sign projects meet client expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience (sign industry preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
