We’re looking for a data-savvy, enablement-minded trainer to own NEOGOV’s Gong platform and turn call intelligence into sales excellence. You’ll train reps and leaders on how to use Gong to improve performance, drive consistency, and unlock insights that accelerate revenue growth.

We’re looking for a data-savvy, enablement-minded trainer to own NEOGOV’s Gong platform and turn call intelligence into sales excellence. You’ll train reps and leaders on how to use Gong to improve performance, drive consistency, and unlock insights that accelerate revenue growth.
You will:
- Serve as NEOGOV’s Gong subject-matter expert across sales and customer teams.
- Create onboarding and advanced training programs to drive adoption and effectiveness.
- Build and curate playlists highlighting top-performing calls.
- Partner with managers to translate Gong insights into actionable coaching.
- Track usage, create dashboards, and analyze data to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with operations to streamline Gong workflows and reporting.
- 5 years in sales enablement, operations, or training with Gong or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and coaching skills — you know how to turn data into action.
- Experience supporting revenue teams in SaaS environments.
- Excellent communicator who can train both reps and executives.
