Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain lost skills and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs.

Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on adaptive equipment and techniques for daily living.

Develop and implement physical rehabilitation programs to help patients regain lost skills and abilities.

Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university or program.

Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) by the National Board for Certification.

Possess up-to-date knowledge of occupational therapy practices and modalities.

Ability to work effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in home health care or similar settings.

Familiarity with electronic medical record software and other relevant technology.
