Who we are:
NEOFECT has developed an innovative smart rehabilitation solutions to help patients with neurological and musculoskeletal injuries. RAPAEL Rehabilitation Solutions provide fun rehabilitation training exercises using games. Data analysis, supported by our proprietary algorithm, provides customized training for each individual patient. Our goal is to keep patients motivated and eager to accelerate their recovery.
Being a start-up, it is important that we build user growth and expand aggressively nationwide by spreading our message across a variety of marketing channels.

What we need:
We are looking for a Marketing & User Acquisitions Manager to creatively spread the word about NEOFECT and find solutions to harvest business insights and solve problems with analytic rigor.
Job responsibilities:
Formulate user acquisition programs. Will be responsible for the strategy behind the execution of paid, social, organic & word-of-mouth channels
Perform deep analysis of marketing spend across various channels and be able to arrive at actionable recommendations
Build relationships with agencies, publishers, and networks across the nation to refine our understanding of what tactics work in which places, and act on those findings through placing ad buys and managing tests
Communicate effectively with the team to identify and develop hypotheses to generate growth and measure impact
To bring NEOFECT to more customers in more places to assist in their rehab!
Who we think will be a great fit:
Has managed UA campaigns
Strong analytic skills and ability to troubleshoot quickly, and adjust UA campaigns based on actual data
Detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, enthusiastic and a self-starter
Able to work in a an intimate start-up environment and wear many hats and staying positive even when – especially when – things are getting difficult
Master of Excel: pivot tables, formulas, vlookup, index-match, etc…
Minimum requirements:
BA/BS degree
3 years of UA experience (Mobile & Web)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Data is your thing!
Brownie points:
Deep interest or experience in the healthcare industry
Work experience in Public Relations
Previous experience in start-up environments
