About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect / Delivery Lead to drive architecture, integration strategy, and technical delivery for a multi-org Salesforce environment undergoing a post-transaction transition. This role will support seamless integration between two Salesforce instances and temporarily backfill architectural responsibilities during a maternity leave.

Ideal candidates have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Asset Management, Pardot, and enterprise-wide integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Asset Management and FSC.
• Drive post-transaction integration activities between Salesforce orgs, including reconnection/disconnection of systems.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce architecture.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into optimized Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and system performance across CRM, telephony, and analytics ecosystems.
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Configure/customize Salesforce (custom objects, LWCs, workflows, validation rules, automation, reports, dashboards).
• Enforce Salesforce and Financial Services Cloud security/compliance best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and asset-management-related issues.
• Deliver detailed documentation and Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 12 years in Salesforce architecture & solution design (including Asset Management solutions).
• Proven experience with complex Salesforce integrations and custom solutions.
• Strong understanding of asset management processes & financial services requirements.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL.
• MUST HAVE:

• NICE TO HAVE:
• Pardot, CRMA, Sales Page, Connected Apps, Backup & Restore
• Salesforce CTA, Application Architect, or Architect/Administrator certifications (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable architecture and system performance.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
