What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse & Delivery Team Member position at Neoasis Interiors?
The Role As a Warehouse & Delivery Team Member, you'll split your time between our Redmond warehouse and out in the field delivering to stunning homes throughout the Seattle metro. You'll assemble furniture straight out of the box, pick and stage orders, ride along on delivery trucks, and be the professional face of our operation when we're in a client's space. This role is physical, detail-oriented, and client-facing. If you take pride in your work, handle furniture with care, and can represent a business professionally — you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Assemble new, out-of-box furniture accurately and efficiently following manufacturer instructions Pick warehouse orders carefully using pack slips and item verification tools Load and unload delivery trucks safely, protecting every piece in transit Deliver and place furniture in staged homes throughout the Greater Seattle area Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and their teams on-site Maintain accurate item tracking and warehouse organization Inspect furniture for damage and flag items for QC review Support the warehouse team on picks, stages, and restaging operations
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss and take accuracy seriously A professional, client-first attitude; you understand that you are an extension of our clients' brands Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and floor plans Physical stamina — this role involves lifting 50 lbs regularly, maneuvering large furniture, and being on your feet all day Reliable, punctual, and a team player — our crew depends on each other Valid Washington State driver's license (preferred) Prior furniture assembly, moving, warehousing, or delivery experience is a plus — but not required
