About Us
Neo4ic is a growing streetwear production shop known for high-quality screen printing and oversized, detailed artwork. We work with clothing brands, artists, creators, and businesses who demand premium results. We are looking for a dependable Screen Printer Operator to join our team and help us maintain our quality and workflow.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and break down screens for production
• Register multi-color jobs on manual/automatic press
• Operate flash units and conveyor dryers
• Conduct test prints & maintain consistent print quality across runs
• Reclaim, clean, and coat screens as needed
• Assist with basic production tasks (loading, unloading, QC)
• Meet daily production deadlines and maintain clean work area

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years experience in screen printing (manual or automatic)
• Understanding of plastisol ink, off-contact, squeegee angles, etc.
• Ability to catch issues early (pinholes, undercure, fibrillation)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Training & Growth
If you have less than 2 years of experience but are motivated and reliable, we are willing to train the right person for up to 2 months to reach our standards. Opportunity for growth into lead printer role.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible within shop needs)
