NEO Window Cleaning is a growing residential and commercial window cleaning company serving the Central Valley. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in doing quality work and providing excellent customer service.
No previous window cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and all the equipment you'll need to succeed.
Compensation
- Starting pay is $17.00 per hour during training. Pay increases after successful completion of training.

Job Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows
- Clean window screens and tracks
- Clean solar panels
- Perform gutter cleaning services
- Safely operate ladders and professional cleaning equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service at every job
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Follow company safety procedures
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is dependable and punctual
- Enjoys working outdoors
- Is comfortable working on ladders and working at heights
- Can lift up to 50 pounds
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is willing to learn and accept coaching

- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
