We are looking for a dependable Front of House Assistant Manager who takes pride in developing
employees, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering an outstanding guest

Position Overview
The Front of House Assistant Manager works directly with the General Manager to oversee daily
Front of House operations, maintain food safety standards, develop employees, and ensure the
restaurant operates efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership position. Our managers are expected to support daily operations,
coach employees, solve problems proactively, and lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Front of House team during assigned shifts.
- Coach, train, and develop Cashiers, Food Runners, and Shift Leaders.
- Ensure every guest receives friendly, professional service.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant.
- Monitor dining room presentation, Side Station presentation, and overall restaurant appearance.
- Conduct routine food safety and sanitation walkthroughs.
- Serve as the Person In Charge during assigned shifts while maintaining ServSafe food safety
standards.
- Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage when needed.
- Count cash drawers and verify daily deposits.
- Monitor restaurant equipment and communicate maintenance concerns promptly.
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Help develop future Shift Leaders through coaching and leadership.
- Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification (Required).
- Previous restaurant leadership experience required (Shift Leader, Supervisor, Team Lead,
Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Management).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Weekend availability required.
- Ability to work both opening and closing shifts based on business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
