Job Title: Supply Chain Architect

Location: Hybrid - Beverly Hills, California

Role Overview

Alo Yoga is seeking a Supply Chain Architect to design, optimize, and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions that support our rapidly growing omnichannel business. This role will focus on architecting systems around Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and related technologies to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture:
• Design scalable supply chain solutions integrating OMS, WMS, ERP, and eCommerce platforms.
• Define system architecture for order orchestration, inventory visibility, and fulfillment optimization.
• Process Optimization:
• Map current and future-state supply chain processes across retail, eCommerce, and wholesale channels.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements in order routing, warehouse operations, and returns management.
• Technology Enablement:
• Lead OMS and WMS implementation projects, ensuring alignment with Alo Yoga’s business goals.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendor partners to configure and integrate systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with business leaders to translate supply chain needs into technical solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in omnichannel fulfillment and logistics.
• Governance & Compliance:
• Ensure solutions meet compliance standards (SOX, PCI, data privacy).
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for supply chain performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Systems Expertise:
• Strong experience with OMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, IBM Sterling, Fluent Commerce, or similar).
• Hands-on knowledge of WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and integration patterns.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in system architecture, API integration, and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for supply chain applications.
• Domain Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel fulfillment models.
• Experience with inventory management, order routing, warehouse automation, and returns.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery solutions and carrier integrations.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven demand forecasting and supply chain analytics.
