Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction ( Mechanical )
📍 St. Louis, Missouri | On-Site Leadership Role
Build and Lead One of the Region’s Most Significant Data Center Projects ( No Data center experience needed )
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager or Project Manager ready to take the step up to take ownership of a major hyperscale data center mechanical construction program in the St. Louis area.
This is a true leadership role driving execution strategy, and serving as the client interface on a multi-billion-dollar program.
The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader who can operate at both the strategic and operational levels while maintaining close alignment with project execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a project management and engineering team
- Own major portions of the data center mechanical construction scope ( No Experience needed )
- Carry P&L accountability for assigned project segments
- Act as the client relationship leader
- Drive preconstruction planning and project setup
- Oversee project execution from early planning through closeout
- Protect schedule, cost performance, safety, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of mechanical construction experience
- 3 years operating at Project Manager level or higher
- Experience managing large mechanical scopes ($30M preferred)
- Deep knowledge of process piping and complex mechanical systems
- Mission-critical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or heavy industrial experience is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from preconstruction through completion
Work Schedule & Compensation Highlights

- Up to 20 hours of paid overtime per week
