Environmental & Construction Sales (3 Years Experience)

Tasks:

· Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and associate referrals

· Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects.

· Complete timely documents such as: bids, customer proposals, change orders, reports.

· Maintain client relationships.

· Assist with scheduling projects.

· Perform all aspects of selling and closing a project.

· Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year.

· Maintain acceptable profit margins.

· Complete project tasks asked by management and backup other employees in time of absence.

Requirements:

· Subject to pre-employment, random, and suspicious cause drug screening.

· Subject to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.

· Authorized to work in the United States.

· Must be able to speak and understand English.

· Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

· An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.

· Computer skills including all Microsoft office applications.

· Show excellent communication skills.

· 3 years of construction sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• demolition: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction estimating: 1 year (Required)
• Project management: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
