What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager/Estimator position at Neo Construction Partners, LLC?
Neo Construction Partners is looking to fill the role of Sr. Project Manager/Estimator. The ideal candidate has lived and worked in the Phoenix metro area and has relationships with customers and subcontractors. We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running. The Skills and Responsibilities needed are required but not limited to –
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the construction field. Preferably Commercial.
- Experience in estimating and the ability to value engineer
- Experience in project scheduling and understands critical path methodology concerning construction flow.
- Experience as a field Superintendent 3-5 years, Project Manager 5 years, or Project Coordinator.
- Proficient or confident understanding of Microsoft applications – Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Experience in construction management software – Sage (preferred), Procore, etc.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and perform take offs
- Must have excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple different subcontractors, clients, and co-workers.
- COMMUNICATION skills are paramount, must be able to properly communicate with clarity in timely fashion with all stakeholders
