The Work:

You’ll work on commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers and freezers, HVAC systems, and hot-side cooking equipment for businesses that rely on their equipment every single day.

This is important work that builds your reputation, strengthens your skills, and gives you the opportunity to solve complex problems in the field.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
• Using tablets and mobile devices for work orders and technical documentation
• Communicating professionally with customers and team members
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule
• Operating company vehicles and towing trailers when necessary
• Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

What We Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
• HVAC technical school certification
• Experience with controls or advanced diagnostics
• Hot-side commercial kitchen equipment experience
