Position Overview: The Site Superintendent will serve as the on-site representative for the Project Manager, ensuring the successful execution of multiple energy-related and construction projects. • Serve as the on-site lead for multiple construction projects, acting as the “eyes and ears” for the Project Management team.
• Oversee AMI meter installation and replacement projects
• Manage solar and battery backup projects
• Provide field oversight for smaller solar and general construction jobs across the Southeast.
• Ensure all site activities meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Maintain a working understanding of project financials and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with internal operations, engineering, and management teams.

• 10 years of experience in general construction, site supervision, or related field operations.
• Strong understanding of field logistics, contractor coordination, and project execution.
