Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate and mentor junior engineers to design the mechanical and plumbing components of energy-efficient buildings
- Knowledge of building life safety, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire, codes including ICC Standards, NFPA, FM Global, and Federal Standards
- Management of multi-discipline teams
- Preparation of calculations, reports, specifications, and presentations
- Review contractor submittals and shop drawings
- 4 years of mechanical engineering experience in the built environment industry
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
- P.E. or EIT preferred
- AutoCAD & REVIT experience
