Our client, a local medical transportation provider, is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to join their team.
This role supports the day-to-day coordination of transportation services, assisting clients with scheduling, answering questions, and working closely with drivers and internal staff to keep everything running smoothly.

- Answer calls and assist clients with scheduling and questions
- Coordinate transportation with drivers and internal team
- Communicate with healthcare facilities and referral partners
- Manage trip updates and changes throughout the day
- Assist with basic administrative tasks

- Comfortable on the phone and handling multiple tasks
- Organized, reliable, and able to stay on top of details
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or transportation is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Position details:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- In-office role in Brandon, FL (not remote)
- Salary: $40,000 per year (W-2)
