Position Information
We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow sales in our New England market. This is a business-to-business sales role, focused on servicing and expanding our network of dealers, distributors and design professionals. You will be the face of Nemo Tile Stone in your territory building relationships, matching products to project needs, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of distribution and trade accounts in your assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities with dealers, distributors and designers.
- Provide technical and design guidance to customers, helping them choose the right tile products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to strategically position our products.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in outside sales experience in tile, flooring, building materials, or distribution a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and meet sales goals.
- Knowledge of product distribution, order flow, and inventory logistics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
