Chief Strategy Officer

Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Chief Strategy Officer.

Background:

Oversees the execution of the organization's business development program. Through coordination with ownership and the COO, creates immediate and long-term strategies for growth. Implements professional development of corporate PM staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates directly with Business Development to plan and achieve corporate growth goals.
• Synchronizes and leads Corporate Program Managers to track key deliverables and promises to customers to establish a Past Performance and CPARs management system.
• Establish Program Management Council to proliferate best practices across all corporate PM efforts.
• Develops and directs the development and expansion initiatives to meet the growth objectives of the organization.
• Identifies new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans.

• Utilizes the newest developments in marketing technology to drive growth.

• Develops, maintains, and updates the pipeline of new opportunities.
• Tracks business development activities and reports on results to management.
• Prepares for and presents opportunities for bid decisions and pipeline reviews.
• Leads the development of win strategies.
• Establishes value-added teaming strategies and competitive pricing structures.
• Defines appropriate metrics of success in achieving business goals.
• Catalogues PP and CPARS data and 'weaponizes' it for immediate query and use in proposal/RFI development.
• Analyzes and forecasts growth projections.
• Develops and maintains high-quality relationships with customers and partners.
• Mentors and works with Program Managers on how to manage current workloads and help the company source/win new opportunities.
• Implements a system of tracking current activity and helps with the prioritization of efforts.
• Develops Standard Operating Procedures for Business Development.
• Keeps track of taskers/due outs/opportunities and manages suspense for deliverables and BD/customer responses.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field
• Minimum of 10 years of deep experience in Business Development with a Federal Contractor and Department of Defense experience.
• Able to distill SME input into refined/ready-to-submit proposals.
• Proven capture and proposal experience.
• Project Management Experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Successful experience working in a team environment.
• IDIQ and GWAC knowledge and expertise.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Master's degree in business administration or similar field
• PMP Certification
• Top Secret Clearance

Security Clearance: DoD SECRET Level Clearance Required

Support Hours: The contractor is responsible for conducting business while the facility is open, between the hours of 0800-1630 Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Place of Performance: Remote

Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract. Expected travel is 24-40%.
