Power App Engineer - Intermediate (MARFORRES)

Job Summary:

The Power App Engineer develops low-code applications and automated workflows to improve business operations. Maintains Power Platform environments and user access.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Designs, developments, implements, maintains, and supports current and future MFR Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI integration, and SharePoint integration.
• Ensure the quality, stability and performance of existing products, applications, and solutions.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the preparation, implementation and management of long-term Power App projects; and, provide diagnosis, identification, and resolution of problems with hardware, software, and interfaces.
• Conduct requirement analysis and development of customized Power App solutions leveraging all out of the box capabilities. Solution delivery will include user training, documentation, and sustainment plans.
• Design and implement Power Apps to integrate with Power BI reports and dashboards within M365 Online architectures.
• Provide on-call support (i.e. responding to submitted trouble tickets during regular working hours). (Average 60 tickets per year acknowledge within 36 business hours and resolve in 14 business days.)
• Provide design assistance to department site owners who create web content, to include SharePoint and Power BI Report design assistance.
• Provide training on Power App and Power Automate to end users.

Minimum Requirements:

• CompTIA Sec certification.
• Strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services, including an in-depth understanding of its capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
• Applied knowledge of authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform developer tools, including Power Platform CLI.
• Development experience with Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong applied knowledge of Dataverse and model-driven apps.

Security Clearance:

• DoD Active SECRET Level Clearance Required.

Travel Requirement:

• Approximately 10% - 15%
