Joint Training Program (JTP) Analyst / JTS Strategist - (C) USTRANSCOM

Job Overview:

The JTP Analyst / JTS Strategist provides analytical, planning, and advisory support to USTRANSCOM’s Joint Training Program (JTP) and Joint Training System (JTS). This role directly supports Phases I–IV of the JTS and advises senior leadership on training effectiveness and readiness.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support JTP Phase I (Requirements), Phase II (Plans), Phase III (Execution), and Phase IV (Assessment).
• Analyze training assessments, JMETLs, CJCS guidance, doctrine, and campaign plans.
• Develop and maintain training objectives and JTP documentation.
• Support JTT utilization and provide user training.
• Assist with senior leader engagements and briefings.
• Draft annual JTP reports and performance metrics.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of joint training, operations, or exercise planning experience.
• Deep understanding of JTS, JELC, JMETL, and CJCS training guidance.
• Experience with Joint Training Tool (JTT).
• Strong analytical and briefing skills.
• Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Security Requirement:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
