FACCSM / IT Support Specialist - (C) USTRANSCOM

Job Overview:

The FACCSM / IT Support Specialist provides Functional Area Communications and Computer Systems Manager (FACCSM) and IT support for classified and unclassified environments.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide NIPR/SIPR desktop and system support.
• Install and maintain approved software.
• Perform SIPR token trusted agent duties.
• Support VTCs, conference rooms, and exercise IT needs.
• Provide end-user troubleshooting and training.
• Maintain IT inventory and access permissions.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of DoD IT support experience.
• Experience supporting classified environments.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Security Requirement:

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
