Job Overview
Provides overall management, planning, coordination, and execution of contract support operations for the Building Control Systems/Utility Control Systems task order at DLA Headquarters.
Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day contract performance and serve as primary point of contact.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance, repair, construction, and alteration projects.
- Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
- Manage subcontractors and technical staff during project execution.
- Ensure contract deliverables, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders and provide project status updates.
- Interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Support staffing, transition, and risk management activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Minimum Requirements/Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience managing building operations and maintenance for facilities of similar size and complexity.
- Experience managing maintenance, construction, repair, and facility operations.
- Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Experience supporting DoD facilities contracts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the clearance required for the contract.
