Your work route

- Operate and maintain melting furnaces, perform material testing, include spark testing of material samples.
- Transport and pour molten aluminum into the dosing furnace.
- Adjust operational parameters within set tolerances and suggest permanent improvements.
- Keep and compile logs and reports, such as melting reports, furnace downtime and quality issues.
- Perform maintenance on melting furnaces and other equipment and repair transport crucibles.
- Document measures taken for troubleshooting and error correction.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Forklift license / Crane operator license desired.
- Proven experience in operating melting furnaces and handling molten metals.
- Experience in material testing and quality control.
