This job is posted for location in Seneca, Kansas. Candidates will only be considered if they have the ability to commute or are willing to relocate to the job location
We are looking for a Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with their daily living and household activities (shopping, meal planning and prep, cleaning, recreation, community outings, safety, personal hygiene). Staff provide input with regard to interests of persons served in order to establish support plans.
HOURS:
Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Sunday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized training to individuals
- Document in accordance with established plans
- Attend meetings
- Provide a safe constructive environment that promotes learning, growth, and greater independence in a living environment
- Accurately administer or assists people served with medications
- Other duties that arise
