- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, forklifts, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Processing scrap tires to ensure proper handling and environmental compliance.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety standards.
- Support sanitation efforts by maintaining cleanliness of work areas, machinery, and recycling facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload materials using appropriate heavy equipment for efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on equipment performance and operational procedures.
- Prior experience or training in loader operation, excavator use, or heavy equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Experience with manufacturing environments or sanitation services is a plus.
