Duties

- Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Provide support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective office management and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
Requirements
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with phone systems and customer support is highly desirable.
