The Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing will lead and oversee key strategies in enrollment management, marketing, and communication to align with the university’s mission. In this full-time, on-site position based in Waxahachie, TX, the individual will be responsible for developing and implementing enrollment plans, managing student recruitment, and driving marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and institutional reputation. Key responsibilities also include analyzing data to improve enrollment outcomes, supervising staff, and fostering partnerships that contribute to the university’s strategic goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in Enrollment Management, Strategic Student Recruitment, Admissions, and Retention Planning
- Proficiency in Marketing, Branding, Communication Strategy, and Public Relations
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Metrics-Driven Decision-Making, and Use of Enrollment Technologies
- Leadership, Team Management, and Interdepartmental Collaboration abilities
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
