This is a full-time position working with a wide variety of equipment, like Kubota, in a fast-paced, supportive shop environment.
What You'll Do:
- Service and repair tractors, mowers, and construction equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and help prepare estimates for repairs
- Work closely with Service Advisors to make sure we’re meeting customer needs
- Stay current with ongoing training and best practices
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop atmosphere
- Ensure every job is done right and the customer leaves satisfied
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in the repair and maintenance of ag and/or construction equipment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and use diagnostic/computer tools as needed
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on doing quality work
- A team player with a customer-first mindset
- Owns the tools needed for the job
