Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately using POS systems.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
- Stay updated on current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Proficient in cash register operations and basic retail math skills.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus.
