Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, including emissions testing, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and vehicle diagnostics using hand tools and power tools
- Utilize automotive parts and accessories knowledge to identify needed repairs or replacements and recommend appropriate solutions to customers
- Assist with auto estimating by assessing vehicle damage or repair needs accurately for service planning
- Execute automotive tire changes safely and efficiently, ensuring proper installation and balancing
- Support vehicle maintenance tasks involving heavy lifting, mechanical systems repair, and auto restoration projects as required
Experience
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, repair.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, accessories and vehicle inspections processes
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions throughout the workday
