Site Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development
Nelson Pope is seeking a qualified Project Manager to work in the Land Development Department in our Melville, New York office for an immediate start.
The work includes site/civil design and permitting for residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail projects.
Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications:
- design, permit and construction plans & specifications
- site planning
- grading and drainage
- knowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefit
- proposals
- client & contractor coordination
- management of staff
- training staff
- billing / collections
- AutoCAD / Civil3D
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- good verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
