Nelson Numeric, a precision manufacturer serving the aerospace industry, is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist for our Weekend Shift Team.
Schedule:
6am–6pm, Friday–Sunday — Get Paid for 40 Hours!
- 12% Shift Premium Included
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes, multi-axis, or Swiss machines
- Perform changeovers and run production to tight tolerances
- Adjust tools and modify feeds/speeds as needed
- Read and interpret CNC code and blueprints
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Complete SPC checks and accurate inventory counts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of CNC machining experience, including setups and production runs
- Familiarity with machining tools and practices
- Strong blueprint reading and machinist math skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
