This role works closely with attorneys and the marketing team to drive visibility, support client development efforts, and enhance the firm’s overall market presence.
The Marketing Coordinator partners with attorneys and internal marketing teams to execute business development and marketing strategies that support practice growth and client engagement. In this role, you will assist with planning client events and sponsorships, support onboarding efforts for new attorneys, and contribute to the development of submissions for Chambers, Legal 500, and other industry recognitions. You will maintain marketing and pitch materials, support proposal efforts, and help develop and distribute thought leadership content. Additionally, you will manage updates to practice group content and attorney biographies on the firm’s website while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4 years of marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
